The website itself is quite boring and not attractive enough.I cant feel the professional and classical in this web and also the corporate because a website might be change the image of the corporate.The pictures that they used in it is not clear and low quality make user won like to stay at this web page longer time.The website look flat and no focuses point and there has a problem linking of the inquiry/contact us page.By the way, 1 thing that the website has success is user can gone through the information directly but the main problem is the picture is not attractive enough and let user wouldn't like to click on it to view it.
Mission Statement

Erm after reading your description, The city is technology beside kl central is like a transport city. How make those machine lively? i think adding some flash/motion in the city image would help a lot on it.

At first, in my thought KL Sentral is jz station for bus station, LRT, KTM and monarail. I had seen the people selling things at there. However in my mind it is a terminal. Perhaps it have some benefits compare to others shopping mall...keke
